Exposed Concrete Flooring | Courtyards & Parking
Not every exposed-concrete tile is suitable for floors or vehicle traffic. Suitability must be confirmed for the model, thickness, base and project conditions.
Essential flooring checks
Check traffic type and intensity, slip resistance, water and freeze exposure, thickness and size, base and fixing, falls, drainage, joints and repair access. Wheel paths and concentrated loads in parking areas need separate technical approval.
Installed-cost estimate
Installed cost includes more than the tile rate. Calculate cutting and waste, delivery, base preparation, fixing materials, joints, drainage and labour separately.
Selection and ordering guide
Precast tile or cast-in-place concrete?
This page covers selection of precast concrete tiles, installed as manufactured units on a designed base. Cast-in-place concrete is poured and finished on site. Mix design, curing and saw-cut joints belong to that separate system. Do not substitute its prices or execution instructions for tile installation specifications. State the flooring system and traffic type first when requesting a quotation.
Frequently asked questions
How is the final price calculated?
Product price depends on model, dimensions, colour, quantity and production conditions. Delivery, substrate preparation and installation are quoted separately. The current quotation is the binding price.
